There were other aspects of the hotel we didn't use, but we will be back, as our inlaws are less than 10 minutes away. Since we were busy throughout the weekend, I can't provide any tips of recommendations. The breakfast service wasn't extravigant, but the food was tasty, diverse (including different proteins daily), and accessible. The fitness center was small but adequately equipped. The rooms were immaculate when we checked in and the housekeeping staff made sure we got everything we needed. My script (yes, script) underwent several revisions and the staff was helpful in getting my comments printed out. Not only was I the father of the groom, but I also officiated the wedding. The team at the hotel were competent, friendly, and helpful. I'm a people person, so customer service is important to me. From check-in to check-out, I was completely satisfied. The hotel was conveniently located near both the airport and the wedding venue. Our family was in town over Memorial Day weekend for our son's wedding. Hilton, you just went down a notch or two. I could go on but I still like any other Home2suite… The best thing about the place: the receptionist was really trying but could not compensate fo the errors of the management. Instead of preparing the food we had in our cooler we had to order out and spend an extra $50 The cupboards are crooked like they will fall off the wall. ![]() Ask for replacement utensils and glasses and they had only paper cups and plastic utensils. Why do you reserve this chain? Because of the suite and cooking facility! Well: No ice in the fridge No utensils in the drawer The glasses are dirty The plates are dirty No wine bottle opener (sorry, later found it in the bottom of the dishwasher, rusted and no cork screw attachement) In the dishwasher: old plastic utensils Open the dishwasher and it falls on me because ITS NOT SCREWED IN!!! Almost broke a foot. This time was different: People complain about roaches thankfully did not find any Elevators do not work. When we left, we were greeted by a slimy, quick moving bug. Good thing we were prepared yo clean ourselves. You can just tell the the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We found change in the drawers, hair ties in the corner of the room, and dust on top of the refrigerator. She said she’d call back if they had a replacement… never received a call. When we finished checking the beds and linens for the other beds, the was a red/brownish stain on the duvet. There was no number to call the from desk, so I had to go downstairs and request the linens for the sofa bed. Blankets weren’t supplied for the foldout sofa. The same trash was there when we left the next day. After we were checked We are greeted by garbage bags from guest right off the elevator. When we finally came back we checked in and she was on the phone, hung up her conversation then had side conversations with guests. It just wasn’t a welcoming environment or experience. Front desk woman wasn’t very professional when eating in front of us. ![]() The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which was a disappointment.
